Homes at Zen Place start from £1.75 million
To reserve a property at Zen Place, we require: a £100,000 reservation fee, and the name and address of
your solicitor. Upon exchange of contracts, 10% of the purchase price becomes payable,
minus the reservation fee already paid. The remaining balance is due upon legal completion.

are arranged strictly by appointment.
